Walk through a finished home at Fireside.

Pete and Tim started Northworks after seeing the need for well-built, well-designed homes in the Traverse City area. Together they cover the full build — Pete handles the land and design side, guiding each homesite and floor plan, while Tim leads the build process from foundation to finish.

Our completed home at Fireside is open for private tours. See the finishes, the floor plan, and the craftsmanship in person, then ask anything you'd like about building your own. Use the form to request an appointment, and a member of the team will confirm your tour.

Prefer to reach someone directly? Tim leads the build, while Levi and Pete guide sales and day-to-day operations, so whoever you contact will know exactly how to help.
